The house has a garden and a swimming pool shared with other guests and a barbecue.  they are always available to guests when they want advice or book excursions, rent cars, scooters and boats  Nerano is a small fishing village on the Sorrento coast and is known for its unique waterfront location. 

The Marina del Cantone beach is an inlet between the cliffs of the Amalfi and Sorrento coasts and is well equipped with famous bathing establishments and restaurants.   Nerano is located about 15 km from the historic center of Sorrento, 63 km from Naples and 24 km from Positano. You will find the ideal location for exploring the Sorrento Peninsula and the surrounding area.  

The picturesque village of Nerano offers numerous fruit and vegetable shops, minimarket, restaurant and bar just a few meters from the house, furthermore at 1 km there is the private bathing establishment with sunbeds and umbrellas where you can relax and take a bath while observing the bay of Nerano. Secure parking is available for up to 2 medium-sized vehicles. We recommend a smaller vehicle for stays.   Sorrento, Positano, Amalfi and Capri are all within easy reach on a day trip, or you can visit must-see attractions including Pompeii or Herculaneum.

 If you are an avid walker, there are many paths to appreciate the beauty of the natural environment, ranging from gentle walks to more strenuous hikes. The magnificent coves of the beach of Nerano and Marina del Cantone are all in the immediate vicinity of the villa. The Casa is perfect if you are traveling with friends or family with children and are looking for a quiet, spacious place to spend time at home relaxing by the pool or outside the terrace with friends.  

This is the perfect place to relax and a good base for exploring the Amalfi and Sorrento coasts and surrounding areas, with the option of day trips to Pompeii, the island of Capri, Positano, Amalfi and Ravello.  The apartment is a good location if you like walking. There is easy access to a network of marked trails of varying difficulty. Expect stunning sea views from the cliffs! The apartment is 10 meters from the nearest bus stop.  From 1 April to 31 October, the Municipality of Massa Lubrense has established a mandatory tourist tax on all temporary residents.

 A tourist tax of € 2.00 per person per night (for guests aged 18 and over) must be added to the total amount of the stay for a maximum stay of 7 nights which must be paid in cash upon arrival. 

 Cleaning protocols  We take hygiene and cleanliness regulations very seriously and are taking steps to ensure the safety of our guests and staff.  On a daily basis, our organization is working to ensure they meet the latest hygiene and cleanliness guidelines.  Our health and safety measures are designed to address a broad type of virus, including COVID-19, and include everything from hand washing hygiene and cleaning product specifications to rooms and cleaning procedures common areas.  

So they include: Staff Health, Safety and Knowledge: Staff - and their own health, safety and knowledge - are essential to an effective cleaning program. Here are some ways we support them: • Hand hygiene: Proper and frequent hand washing is vital to help fight the spread of viruses. In our daily meetings, our teams are reminded that cleaning begins with this simple act. It is important for their health and that of our guests.  • Ongoing Training: In addition to training on cleaning and hygiene protocols, all staff are also completing a refinement of COVID-19 awareness training.  Cleaning Products and Protocols: We work with our partners and suppliers to make sure our properties can source and use anti-virus products and protective equipment that personnel need for their operations.  Our cleaning team uses effective cleaning products and protocols against viruses, including:  • cleaning and disinfection protocols to clean the entire property after guests leave and before the next guest arrives, with a focus on high-touch items.
