The air-conditioned interiors are embellished with hand-painted Vietri majolica; the large panoramic terraces that surround the villa overlook the gulf of Salerno. Outside stands the swimming pool with solarium area and relaxation area.From all rooms it is possible to enjoy a splendid sea view.

The Marina di Praia beach is easily reachable on foot in about 15 minutes through the typical local streets and flights of steps and in 5 minutes by car or by public transport whose terminal is adjacent to the Villa.

The rooms offer a splendid panoramic view of the coast, always giving the privilege of enjoying a natural and incomparable enchantment scenario. Both from the rooms and from the terraces of the Villa it is possible to admire glimpses of insurmountable harmony that open onto the gulf, in a muffled silence broken only by the gentle breaking of the waves on the rocks, in an ideal atmosphere to relax and be lulled by the rays of the sun.

Praiano is located halfway between Positano and Amalfi, they are two ancient centers like all the towns of the Amalfi Coast that extend from Vietri Sul Mare to Positano.

Praiano, the Antico Plagianum, faces east and enjoys the splendor of dawn and sunrise in the morning and the moon at night, with the sun setting over the stacks of Capri.
