Villa Cassinha is a beautiful villa located at the beginning of the Amalfi coast with a magnificent view of the sea and the Amalfi coast equipped with a private swimming pool measuring 7x4 meters.

The villa has 4 double bedrooms and 4 bathrooms where 8 people can comfortably sleep and there is an outdoor area where you can enjoy your stay relaxing surrounded by nature. Like all houses on the Amalfi coast, it is built on various levels and each level offers a suggestive panorama, in particular the swimming pool has a beautiful view of the sea.

Located in Nerano, a characteristic seaside village of Massalubrense, a well-known location at the most extreme point of the famous Sorrento peninsula, just 1 km from the beach of Marina del Cantone

Villa Cassinha is divided into 3 levels:

Ground floor

Completely independent to be reached by a flight of 24 steps. Equipped with a beautiful living and dining room, small kitchenette, 1 master bedroom and the largest bathroom with whirlpool tub. Outdoor terrace overlooking the sea with sitting area.Possibility of an additional double sofa bed.

First floor

A flight of 17 steps connects from the ground to the first floor where there is a splendid dining room with a large terrace overlooking the bay. A beautiful well equipped kitchen providing everything you need is available. At Villa Marianna you will find a laundry area with washing machine and dryer, a small bathroom with a small shower.

From the kitchen you can access the garden where the barbecue is located.

Second floor

A flight of 15 steps connects you to the second floor (sleeping area) where there are 3 bedrooms.

Two double bedrooms, one with private bathroom and the third bedroom furnished with a French bed. The bathroom with shower is accessible from the corridor.The main room has a private terrace with a splendid view of the Isola dei Galli.

All bedrooms and living room are equipped with satellite TV and sky service, free wi-fi connection in all rooms while all bathrooms are equipped with hairdryer
