Villa Linda is a villa located in the center of Vico Equense, the recent renovation makes it unique with 115 square meters and can accommodate 10 people.

It is located in a position with a breathtaking view of the Gulf of Naples and the coast, a short distance from shops, bars, restaurants and pizzerias and 15 minutes from the beach. It is well connected, in fact a few meters away is the train station for Pompeii, Herculaneum, Sorrento, Naples. Furthermore the villa is equipped with air conditioning and WIFI.

Once at the villa you will find a large main access gate where it will take you to a terrace with a breathtaking view of the Gulf of Naples and the islands, descending the stairs you will arrive at the first floor of the 45 square meter villa with lounge / dining room with sofa bed and open space kitchen with table and chairs for 4 people. From the balcony of the lounge you will arrive on a terrace with a view. The kitchen is equipped with sink, hob, oven, fridge, freezer, toaster, microwave and utensils. A door leads to a double bedroom with wardrobe, private bathroom with toilet, shower, sink, bidet.

Going down the steps you will arrive at the ground floor where there is a terrace for sunbathing and enjoying the view.The terrace is equipped with garden furniture, barbecue and a shower.

The ground floor is 70 square meters and can accommodate up to 6 people. From the double doors onto the main terrace, you can access an open plan kitchen / living / dining room. The kitchen has a window, sink, 4 burner stove, oven, fridge / freezer, kettle, toaster, microwave and cooking utensils. There is also a dining table that seats 10 people.In the open plan lounge, you will also find a double sofa bed. From the lounge there is a door to the master bedroom with a large double bed, a wardrobe and a private bathroom. The bathroom has a sink, heated towel rail, large shower, bidet and toilet.The bedroom also has double doors for direct access onto the beautiful terrace with a view. From the kitchen go down two steps and you will find the second bedroom with a large double bed. This bedroom has a private bathroom with shower, toilet, bidet, sink and heated towel rail. This bedroom also has double doors offering direct access to the terrace. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning / heating and WIFI.

The whole villa is equipped with an external security fence in order to guarantee privacy and exclusive use.

the villa has only one free parking space at 50 meters and on request we can offer additional parking spaces for a fee.
