Villa Magica

Villa Magica is pure relaxation with a spectacular view of Positano and the coast. It was built in 1906 by the Marquis Nino Marciano and represents one of the first art galleries in Positano. There are some testimonies in the Villa in the form of paintings and splendid poems that the Marquis, together with his family, loved to write. After many improvements, aimed at enhancing the structure, Villa Magica has become an excellent combination of history, art and technology, between "poetic" and "otium" arts, for an unforgettable stay in the "pearl" of the Amalfi Coast. The spectacular view, from the strategic "Punta Reginella" area, represents a further highlight of the Villa.

You will be in the center of Positano, close to restaurants, shops, supermarkets and bars. The Spiaggia Grande of Positano and the Church of Santa Maria Assunta are less than 550 meters from the villa.

It is not necessary to have a car to stay at Villa Magica. For those traveling by car, the villa has a private garage (6 small cars or 4 medium-large cars). The garage is accessible from the main road.

You will reach the villa from the garage via the private lift that leads to the various floors or from the main road climbing about 10 small steps.

Villa Magica is a three-level villa with various private terraces overlooking the sea and a beautiful swimming pool with hydromassage and waterfall.

The villa is ideal for several families or groups of friends who want to be together but at the same time have their own privacy. On request, it is also possible to organize events.

THE FIRST TERRACE has about 200 square meters and is equipped with a large table and chairs for 12 people, benches, deck chairs and umbrellas. From the terrace you can admire a beautiful view of the sea and Positano. Here you will also find the swimming pool. The pool has a rectangular shape and measures 6.20 x 4.00 meters and from 0.30 to 1.60 meters deep. The interior of the pool is made up of tiles with chromatic peculiarities, including the change of color of the water depending on the depth of the pool and the direction of the sun's rays. The tub has 6 hydromassage places with jets used for massaging the lumbar part, spine and plantar ascensional massage also suitable for the hamstrings. In addition to the hydromassage, the pool features a cascading water feature and a lighting system consisting of 6 50W spotlights. The infinity is embellished with a canal that makes the water flow around the tub and a decorated ceramic headboard representing a scene from the cloister of Santa Chiara in Naples. The swimming pool is open from April 1st to November 4th. You will reach the terrace from the third living room.

GROUND FLOOR

THE SECOND TERRACE has about 35 square meters. It is equipped with a table with chairs, deck chairs, sun umbrellas and a hydromassage tub for wine therapy treatment (it can be used on request). From the terrace you can admire a beautiful view of the sea and Positano. You will reach the terrace from the first living room.

THE GYM is equipped with various tools and air conditioning. You will reach the gym from the second terrace.

THE FIRST BATHROOM is equipped with a sink, toilet and shower. You will reach the bathroom from the gym.

THE LAUNDRY ROOM is equipped with a washing machine, iron and ironing board. You will reach the laundry room from the second terrace.

THE FIRST LIVING ROOM is welcoming and bright. It is equipped with armchairs, a TV, a pool table and air conditioning. From the living room you will access the second terrace.

THE FIRST KITCHEN is equipped with a five-burner gas hob, oven, fridge and freezer, coffee maker and a dining table for four. You will reach the kitchen from the living room.

THE FIRST BEDROOM has a double bed and air conditioning / heating. You will reach the bedroom from the first living room.

THE SECOND BEDROOM has two single beds and is equipped with air conditioning / heating. You will reach the bedroom from the corridor.

THE SECOND BATHROOM is equipped with a sink, toilet and shower. You will reach the bathroom from the living room.

FIRST FLOOR

THE THIRD TERRACE has about 70 square meters. It is equipped with a table with chairs and umbrella. You will reach the terrace from the second living room.

THE FOURTH TERRACE has about 40 square meters partially covered. Here you will find a heated whirlpool (up to 40 °) and sun loungers. You will reach the terrace from the second living room.

THE SECOND KITCHEN is equipped with a five-burner gas hob, oven, fridge and freezer, coffee maker and a dining table for four people.

THE SECOND LIVING ROOM is large and bright. It is equipped with a sofa, chairs and a coffee table, a TV, air conditioning / heating.

THE THIRD BEDROOM has a double bed and air conditioning / heating. You will reach the bedroom from the second living room.

THE FOURTH BEDROOM has a double bed and air conditioning / heating. You will reach the bedroom from the second living room.

THE THIRD BATHROOM is equipped with a sink, toilet and shower. You will reach the bathroom from the living room.

THE FIFTH TERRACE is equipped with tables and chairs and is partially covered. From the terrace you can admire a beautiful view of the sea and Positano. You will reach the terrace from the fifth and sixth bedrooms.

THE THIRD LIVING ROOM is large and bright. It is equipped with sofa, chairs and coffee table. From the living room you will access the large terrace where there is also the swimming pool.

THE THIRD KITCHEN is equipped with a five-burner gas hob, oven, fridge and freezer, coffee maker, dishwasher and a dining table for four. From the kitchen you will access the large terrace where there is also the swimming pool.

THE FIFTH BATHROOM has a shower, toilet, bidet and sink. You will reach the bathroom from the corridor.

THE FIFTH BEDROOM has a double bed and is equipped with air conditioning and heating. From the bedroom you will access the fifth terrace with sea view.

Tourist tax: 1.50 euros per day per person for the first 7 nights, from 1st April to 31st October. Minors up to the age of majority are exempt from payment

For arrivals after 20:00 an extra cost of 60.00 euros will be applied to be paid upon arrival.

Security deposit: € 1000.00. The security deposit will be returned to you on the day of departure in case of no damage to the property.
