Villa Magnifica

Villa Magnifica is a splendid villa overlooking the Amalfi Coast with a unique panorama overlooking Positano and the sea.

The Villa is distributed over two floors and is about 500 square meters surrounded by gardens and terraces.

The Villa is only one kilometer from the center of Positano and can be easily reached by car, bus or taxi or with a pleasant walk of about ten minutes. If you have a car you can park it along the road or in a private car park. The villa is accessed via a staircase of about 35 steps from the main road.

The Villa has direct access to the sea via a staircase of about 250 steps.In a few minutes it is possible to reach the beach below the Villa, here there is a characteristic bathing establishment, where you can eat a fresh salad and take a nice bath.

UPPER FLOOR:

There is a garden of about 300 square meters and is equipped with sun loungers, chairs, tables and a shower. A sea view terrace equipped with table and chairs

The living room is very bright and panoramic, characterized by a veranda terrace, furnished with comfortable sofas, a large dining table for 12 people, a large screen LCD TV with audio system, satellite system and DVD recorder.

The internet connection is wireless so that our guests can easily connect anywhere in the gardens and in the villa.

The kitchen adjacent to the living room is of a professional type, equipped in the best way. It is possible to request a cook for the whole day or even just for special events.

The three bedrooms upstairs have double beds that can be divided into singles, are furnished in Mediterranean style, all different, each with a balcony overlooking the sea; all equipped with independent bathroom with large shower or whirlpool tub, safe, independent air conditioning.

DOWNSTAIRS:

There is another terrace partly shaded and equipped with tables, chairs and deck chairs with sea view.

The three bedrooms on the lower floor have double beds that can be divided into singles, are furnished in a Mediterranean style, all different, each with a balcony overlooking the sea; all equipped with independent bathroom with large shower or whirlpool tub, safe, independent air conditioning.

The swimming pool is 7 meters long, 2.7 meters wide and from 1 meter to 1.7 meters deep, next to the pool there is a jacuzzi of 2 meters by 3 meters.

The pool area is equipped with tables, chairs, shower, sun loungers and has a breathtaking view.

The swimming pool, featuring a hand-made tile mosaic, is set among olive and jacaranda trees and the Mediterranean-style garden is furnished with sun loungers, a dining area with barbecue and a lounge in the shade of a carob tree.

Services included in the price:

- use of the private swimming pool exclusively for Villa Magnifica guests (open from 1st April to 30th October)

- daily cleaning (except Sunday)

- linen change on Wednesday and Saturday

- luggage transport (free from 15:00 to 17:00 and from 8:00 to 10:00; otherwise it is on request and paid per piece)

- small breakfast in the morning except Sunday (coffee, tea, croissant / biscuits)

- air conditioning / heating in every room

- electricity

- internet connection (WiFi)

- concierge service (restaurant reservations, beauty salons, beach beds, taxis, taxi boats,car / scooter rental, tours -Ischia, Capri, Pompeii, Herculaneum, wine tour, trekking tours-, information on the area)
