Villa Minerva is a beautiful villa on three levels with sea view and views of the splendid setting of the Amalfi Coast. Villa Minerva is 250 square meters and can accommodate up to 10 people in 5 bedrooms all with private bathrooms. It is equipped with a private swimming pool, patio, garden and terraces, air conditioning, heating and WI-FI Internet connection.

Villa Minerva is located in Positano in the locality of Noccelle, and is about 5 km (3.1 miles) from Positano itself. In Positano you will find restaurants, shops, the beach and the marina. There is a restaurant a few meters from the villa and a grocery store 300 meters. There is a bus stop just 300 meters from the villa. From here the bus will take you to the center of Positano.Villa Minerva is well connected to major tourist attractions, and at the same time it is a perfect place to relax and enjoy the tranquility of the surroundings.

To access Villa Minerva, there is a pedestrian path up to the main gate and then about 100 steps leading down from street level. The ground floor of the villa is elegant, bright and welcoming. There is an open plan living / dining room with a large corner sofa, satellite TV, armchairs and a dining table and ten chairs. This room also has a window and air conditioning.

The kitchen, accessible from the living room, is well equipped.it has four gas burners, electric oven, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, microwave oven, Italian coffee maker, American coffee maker and kettle. The kitchen leads to the patio where you can relax in the shade of the large umbrellas and admire the wonderful panorama. Outside you will find another dining table with chairs and a barbecue so you can taste good food and enjoy a drink while admiring the sunsets.

Here you can enjoy a splendid view of the sea.There is a private bathroom, equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer.

On the ground floor there is also a second bathroom with sink, toilet and shower. This bathroom is accessible via the living room.

On the first floor are the two bedrooms. A room is a suite consisting of three communicating rooms: a sleeping area, a sitting room and a bathroom. The bedroom has a double bed (160cm / 62in, wider than a queen-size bed), two armchairs, a satellite television (local channels) and an air conditioning / heating system. From the bedroom there are two sets of French doors which give access to two terraces with a splendid view of the sea.There is an en-suite bathroom equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a whirlpool bath with shower and a hairdryer.

From the pool you can admire a breathtaking view of the coast and the splendid Positano. The swimming pool is open from the beginning of May to mid-October.

When staying at Villa Minerva, it is advisable to rent a car which can be parked about 300 meters away along the public road where the parking place is indicated. (toll parking).
